Our hotel is surrounded by a unique countryside which may be pleasantly explored by rowing boat, canoe/kayak or bicycle. Other sporting pursuits such as tennis, squash, fishing or Nordic Walking are available nearby. Located right in the district town of Lübben, the hotel has the advantage of being on two major cycling routes: the Gurkenradweg (Gherkin Cycling Route) and the Spreeradweg (Spree Cycling Path), as well as within the UNESCO biosphere reserve. Lübben town centre is only a 5-minute walk away, and Lübben railway station also just 15 minutes away on foot, where you can go shopping, watch a film or simply enjoy one of the nice local cafés. Explore the local towns of Lübbenau and Lehde and visit their museums. If you like swimming, visiting the local Tropical Islands bathing resort constitutes a marvellous day out. Alternatively pamper yourself at the local Spreewald thermal baths in Burg, or the crystalline baths in Lübbenau.
